Room rates, with a maximum occupancy of two persons, include continental breakfasts and all taxes.

A deposit of 50% is required upon booking.
Discounts for extended stays:
- Stay 6 nights and the 7th night is on us
- Stay 8 nights or more and receive 15% discount.
Please note that Grandview operates on a CASH ONLY or EFT Bank Deposit basis. (Sorry, Credit Cards are not accepted.)
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your accommodation a full refund will be made when notified more than 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations notified less than 7 days prior, will forfeit the deposit.
Terms and Conditions
- Only named guests on confirmed reservations are permitted to stay with us.
- Guests are to vacate the premises by 11.00am on the day of departure.
- Smoking is NOT permitted inside the premises.
- No responsibility will be taken for loss or damage of guest’s personal property.
- Due to regular visits by native fauna, pets are not permitted.
